Rob Kuty, CDT, of San Diego Pet Training has been a professional animal trainer for over 12 years.  He is the official animal trainer for the Helen Woodward Animal Center and has worked at the Columbus and Cleveland Zoos, SeaWorld Florida and spent several years as the manager of the Pet’s Rule show at SeaWorld San Diego.

Rob has received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Youngstown State University in Ohio. His experience includes working with dogs, cats, pigs, pigeons and exotic birds. Rob has made several appearances on the local news, has appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and was a guest on the Animal Planet's Faithful Friends television show.

San Diego Pet Training offers dog obedience group and private classes, agility training and training of show performance behaviors. In addition, animal training services for television, commercials, movies, and theater are offered.

Alexandra Kuty, SDPT Operations Manager, is a San Diego native and has a communications degree from San Diego State University. An animal lover all her life she spent several years performing up close with animals in SeaWorld’s Sea Lion and Otter show, Pet’s Rule show and the Shamu’s House of Douse show.

She currently works in the SeaWorld public relations department and travels with the animal ambassador team promoting conservation and education of animals across the west coast.

Alex handles client inquires, manages the SDPT website, written materials and media. She assists with training of group agility and obedience classes and last year she was a trainer of “Sandy” for Starlight Theater’s production of Annie.
